Emotional freedom technique (EFT)is one of the most exciting techniques developed over the last two decades. It is also commonly known as ‘tapping’. It is one of the new ’Energy Psychologies’ with its roots in acupuncture, kinesiology and psychology. It involves simply tapping specific points on your body with your fingertips. EFT is based upon the discovery that imbalances in the body’s energy system can have an effect on a person’s psychology. Each session will last approximately an hour and takes place sitting normally in a chair.
