Osteopath Grant Sheppard graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a Masters degree in 2021.
He works mainly with a structural approach but can adapt to each patient with a variety of osteopathic techniques including structural, cranial and visceral osteopathy and also medical dry needling. This makes Grant able to help people of all ages and lifestyles.
Grant specialises in patients that wish to start or remain active. He took elective training at university in the sports clinic and combines this with his previous experience as a sports massage therapist, where he has treated a number of professional and amateur sports people. Grant is a keen sportsman himself and so understands the desire to return to sports fast post injury.
