Nicki has been practicing in the fitness industry for 10yrs as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, adding Clinical Massage (Jing) and Corrective Exercise specialisms more recently.

With a passion for helping people enjoy life as their fittest and healthiest best self, she supports the practice in guiding patients through rehabilitation using a variety of tailored therapies including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Assisted Stretching and exercise for reduced pain and better movement. Personalised fitness plans and nutritional programmes are on offer too.

As a busy mum of two girls, Nicki wants to help patients to find the confidence to live a healthy and happy life built on practical foundations.
