Nicki has been working within the fitness industry for 10yrs as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, adding Clinical Massage (Jing) and Corrective Exercise specialisms more recently.

With a passion for helping people enjoy life as their fittest and healthiest best self, she supports the practice in guiding patients through rehabilitation. She uses a variety of tailored therapies including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Assisted Stretching and Exercise prescription for reduced pain and better movement.

Nicki also works with patients to establish healthy eating plans to maintain ideal weight, assess portion control and enhance better food choices.

As a busy mum of two girls, Nicki wants to help patients to find the confidence to live a healthy and happy life built on practical foundations.
