Danielle completed a degree in Sports & Exercise Sciences at The University of Gloucestershire in 2006, qualified as a professional Soft Tissue Therapist in 2007 and is on the National Register of Soft Tissue Therapists held by The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists (SMA).
Danielle started her career working at various running and charity events before being asked to accompany Geoff Thomas as he completed his charity run of the Tour De France in 2007. She was also working for the British Rhythmic gymnastics squad at the time. Danielle then went to work for Shrewsbury Town FC before being offered a Job at Brighton & Hove Albion FC and relocating down to the south coast in 2012.
Since 2012 Danielle has enjoyed get success helping Brighton & Hove Albion FC reach their dream of the Premiership and looks forward to working at a Premiership Club from next season. Along side working at Brighton & Hove Albion FC Danielle was also given the honour of being part of the multidisciplinary team at London 2012 Olympics offering treatment to all athletes from all countries and sports at the Polyclinic based within the Olympic Village for the duration of the Games.
During her time as a professional Soft Tissue Therapist, Danielle has worked in a variety of different settings and with a wide range of clients, from sport enthusiast, weekend hobbyists to sedentary office workers to professional athletes at national and international level.
Danielle’s belief is that prevention is better than cure when it comes to maintaining a healthy and active body and lifestyle: this is where soft tissue therapy can support and educate anyone.
